This week I sat by the fire Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I changed my Friday fire to Thursday night because I wasn’t focussed on homework so I thought I would do the fire Thursday and save some home work for Friday after I teach spin once my brain is more awake and focussed. This week I focussed on the warmth of the fire which is really fitting because of how cold it’s been! My problem is that I tend to sit soo close that I feel my skin burning. I was very present on how the fire felt and the comfort that this created. Unfortunately the fire hasn’t done anything for my sleep but it is a good 15 minutes of being present in the moment which I am grateful for.
